During our recent trip to Thailand we had the opportunity to walk through the fields of coconut palms, sample the water fresh from the trees, and see the entire process of how it goes from tree to can. After the first taste we became certain we found the best coconut water out there. We discovered coconut water 10 years ago in Hawaii by climbing coconut trees and cutting down young, fresh coconuts after surfing all day. That’s how we came to understand the benefits of consuming the water from this healthy tropical nut. The most important characteristic we studied was the nourishing benefits the coconut water does for the body.
